We work primarily with Trex and TimberTech composite decking systems because they offer the best combination of durability, aesthetics, and low maintenance for the Western Washington climate. Unlike natural wood, composite decking does not absorb moisture, which means it will not rot, warp, or develop mold even after years of exposure to Puget Sound rain. Every deck we build starts with a proper foundation, whether that means concrete footings, helical piers, or post-and-beam systems, engineered to meet the load requirements specified by local building codes in King County, Snohomish County, and the specific city where the project is located.
